Three Rivers Corporation Names Jon Lynch Chairman of the Board
MIDLAND, Mich. — September 1, 2026 — Three Rivers Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has named Jon Lynch, the company’s president and chief executive officer, Chairman of the Board.
Lynch will continue serving as president and CEO while assuming the additional responsibilities of chairman. The appointment reflects Three Rivers Corporation’s continued commitment to strong leadership, sound governance and the long-term success of the Midland-based design and construction company.

As chairman, Lynch will work with the Board of Directors to help guide the company’s long-term strategy, governance and leadership development. His expanded role supports TRC’s commitment to remain financially strong, professionally governed and entrepreneurial while continuing to deliver the quality, safety and service its clients have come to expect.
Lynch has served as president of Three Rivers Corporation since 2017, providing leadership for the company’s overall strategic direction, growth and operations. Before joining TRC, he served as Midland City Manager and held public-sector leadership roles in Michigan communities for more than 26 years.
Lynch succeeds Dan Kozakiewicz, who recently retired as chairman after more than two decades of leadership with Three Rivers Corporation. Kozakiewicz became president and chairman in 2001 and continued serving as chairman following his retirement as president in 2017.
