Members First CU Ranks Among Top 50 Best Credit Unions to Work For in 2025
Midland, MI – Members First Credit Union has been named one of American Banker’s Best Credit Unions to Work For in 2025, marking the third consecutive year the credit union has received the national recognition.
The annual list, compiled by American Banker in partnership with Best Companies Group, honors credit unions that go above and beyond to foster a positive workplace culture. Rankings are based on an in-depth assessment of workplace policies and practices, and feedback from employees.
Members First ranked No. 33 on the list, with employee survey results highlighting high levels of satisfaction and engagement:
- 94% of employees said they are proud to work for Members First Credit Union.
- 94% said they would recommend the credit union’s product and services to a friend.
- 95% said they are willing to give extra effort to help the credit union succeed.
