Under the supervision of Housing Director, ensure compliance with NAHASDA rules and regulations and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe`s laws and regulations. Provide outreach and assistance to persons applying to receive Housing services. Coordinate the processing of all applications to ensure NAHASDA eligibility and maintain waiting lists. Complete annual and interim recertification of current tenants.

Under the supervision of Department Supervisor or Manager, perform custodial, housekeeping, grounds work and general maintenance and repair of building(s).

Under the supervision of Residential Treatment Manager, responsible for coordinating an array of services and provide case management for clients within Behavioral Health Programs. Conduct person-centered planning, linking and coordination of services, facilitation, monitoring, assisting with court involved cases and hearings and advocacy responsibilities regarding the needs of individuals who require case management services. Participate in cultural and community events and activities on a regular basis. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of the Poker Manager, direct the daily operation of assigned games. Assist dealers during their shift and must ensure games are operated in compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards and department policies and procedures on their assigned games. Rate all players and inform the Poker Manager of any unusual play. Dual Rate Supervisor shall have split duties including those of a Poker Dealer and a Poker Supervisor and shall be scheduled as such by Table Games Management to accommodate business needs. When acting as a Dealer they shall be eligible to receive tips, but shall be ineligible to receive tips when working as a Dual Rate Supervisor.

Under the supervision of Compliance Manager, assist in ensuring the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe (SCIT) assets and interests are secured while ensuring the integrity of the gaming enterprise. Ensure compliance to the SCIT Gaming Code and MICS; SCIT and Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort (SECR) Standard Operating Procedures, Tribal-State Compact (as applicable) and all other applicable federal and SCIT laws that pertain to the regulation of a gaming and gaming-related environment.

Under the supervision of Utilities Director, responsible for directing operations of the Utilities department waste/freshwater treating, reporting, and complying with the requirements of the EPA. Ensure that the owner responsibilities are properly carried out and indicate a level of professional competence for the water treatment operation and distribution. Direct operations for the utilities division and serve as “Operator in Charge”. Protect public health, water quality, and the environment now and in the future. Supervise the staff associated with Water/Waste water Plant Operations.

Under the supervision of Residential Treatment Manager, responsible for the health, welfare and safety of all individuals in the Behavioral Health Residential Treatment Center and Supportive Living Program. Closely monitor activities both inside and outside of the facility and report issues to the appropriate supervisor. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor, responsible for assisting guests to their seats and with any guests` special needs (handicap, hearing impairment).

Under the supervision of the SECR Culinary or Food and Beverage Supervisor, maintain a fully stocked and clean food service area keeping with the highest level of service and quality standards.

Under the supervision of the SECR Security Supervisor, protect the assets of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe including vendors, entertainers, patrons, employees, and structures. This is a seasonal/temporary position.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor, perform duties in the areas of Access Club, Box Office, Usher, Coat Check, Motor Coach, Guest Relations Call Center, and Promotions. Maintain the player database, adjust premium play and points, issue food coupons and offers, resolve disputes, and provide great guest service. Check bags and coats for guests and issue wheelchairs when requested. Greet incoming group buses and present with daily incentive package. Represent the property within all promotional events both on and off the property in a friendly and professional manner.

Under the supervision of Native Connections Project Coordinator, provide primary prevention education regarding substance abuse and suicide in youth, targeting the Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribal community, schools, surrounding area. Present culturally appropriate behavioral health prevention programs which reach the target populations in all aspects of the community including but not limited to: schools, community organizations and tribal departments. Must be culturally sensitive and emphasis should be placed on incorporating cultural components in the prevention programming. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of the SECR Food & Beverage Supervisor, welcome and seat guests in a timely, professional and courteous manner, and provide them with quality guest service. Use the MICROS system to register and close all sales as appropriate. Properly reconcile all financial transactions and liabilities resulting from operations.

Under the direct supervision of Pharmacy Manager, provide technical and administrative assistance to the Clinical Pharmacists in the daily activities of a designated pharmacy operation. Assist Pharmacist in the dispensing of prescription and non-prescription pharmaceuticals and supplies; submit and accepts routine orders for pharmacy drugs and supplies. All Nimkee staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Public Health Director, responsible for writing the Special Diabetes Program for Indians grant with assistance from grant writing office. Perform all grant reporting. Assist the Public Health Nurse-Diabetes Health Grant with the coordination of services for diabetic clientele. Implement programs and projects to provide better quality services for clients. All Public Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant funded position.

Under the supervision of Anishinabeg Child and Family Services Director, responsible for providing an array of clinical services for child clients under ACFS supervision.. Provide assessment, person-centered planning, monitoring, and advocacy regarding the needs of individuals and families. Provide culturally appropriate clinical services to individuals, families and groups for various mental health, co-occurring disorders and age groups. Work cooperatively with professionals and paraprofessionals while utilizing local and tribal resources. Participate in cultural and community events and activities on a regular basis. ACFS staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant-funded position.

Under the supervision of Tribal Council, provide the overall leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure proper organizational, strategic planning, financial and operational controls of the Health and Human Services (HHS), which includes compliance guidance, grant and contract management, and partnering with other departments to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual services that are designed to meet the needs of the Tribal Commuity. Departments which comprise the HHS Division include Nimkee, Behavioral Health/Residential Treatment Center, Anishinaabeg Child and Family Services, and Andahwod Continuing Care Community & Elder Services. A major role is to ensure the SCIT is well positioned for future changes and improvements to its Health and Human care services.

Under the supervision of the SECR Food & Beverage Supervisor, serve guests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Under the supervision of the SECR Food & Beverage Supervisor, provide guests of the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort have a world class standard of excellence experience, while following all alcohol service standards, policies and procedures set by SECR. Prepare, deliver, and refill drink orders and respond to guest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately and timely.

Under the supervision of Tribal School Principal, provide instruction and activities for students emphasizing the importance of physical activity and healthy choices. Provide appropriate physical education that helps students develop the knowledge, fitness levels, motor skills, and personal and social skills to obtain the ultimate goal of a lifetime of physical activity and health. All education staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of the Central Plant Supervisor, repair and maintain all kitchen equipment for all Food & Beverage outlets.
