Under the supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor, monitor all activity that occurs on the gaming floor and within the boundaries of SEG properties to ensure the protection of the Tribe`s assets. Pay particular attention to all areas where currency is handled.

Under the supervision of Native Connections Project Coordinator, provide primary prevention education regarding substance abuse and suicide in youth, targeting the Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribal community, schools, surrounding area. Present culturally appropriate behavioral health prevention programs which reach the target populations in all aspects of the community including but not limited to: schools, community organizations and tribal departments. Must be culturally sensitive and emphasis should be placed on incorporating cultural components in the prevention programming. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Medical Clinic Director, participate as an essential team member in the Medical Clinic following the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care. Provide quality, comprehensive care to Native American patients eligible for medical services through Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center under the clinical supervision and collaboration with the Tribal Physicians. All Nimkee staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Tribal Council, work closely with tribal law enforcement and judicial officials to effectively administer justice on the Isabella Indian Reservation on behalf of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan. Prosecute crimes under the jurisdiction of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe within the exterior boundaries of the Isabella Reservation. Act as Tribal Presenter in Child Abuse and Neglect cases. All staff in Prosecutor’s office must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

The intent of this position is to provide SCIT Tribal members a 1 year apprenticeship to develop the knowledge and skills to advance to a Building Maintenance Worker position. After completion of the 1 year apprenticeship team members are advanced to a Building Maintenance Worker position. Note that upon completion of the apprenticeship position advancement into a Building Maintenance position may require the team member to be assigned a different shift dependent upon current staffing levels at the time of advancement.

Under the supervision of Resident Care Manager, provide care for resident who can no longer live independently. Supervise, monitor and assist the residents ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure the residents health and well-being. Perform administration and supervision of medication or personal care services. Oversee the daily activities performed by the Certified Aides and the Resident Service Aides. Under the supervision of Department Supervisor or Manager, perform custodial, housekeeping, grounds work and general maintenance and repair of building(s).

Under the supervision of the SECR Food & Beverage Chef, assure that guests of the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort receive the highest quality levels of food when dining in our restaurants. Supervise the Culinary Shift Supervisor and culinary line staff to ensure that all food is prepared at the highest standards of quality.

Under the supervision of the ACFS Director or Supervisor, coordinate the Adventure Youth Program serving tribal youth of various ages. All ACFS staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant-funded position.

Under the direct supervision of Pharmacy Manager, provide technical and administrative assistance to the Clinical Pharmacists in the daily activities of a designated pharmacy operation. Assist Pharmacist in the dispensing of prescription and non-prescription pharmaceuticals and supplies; submit and accepts routine orders for pharmacy drugs and supplies. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Director, the Anishinaabek Cultural Liaison will collaborate with psychiatric staff, residential treatment team, other tribal departments and community programs to integrate Western clinical medicine with Traditional Healing practices. Provide information on programs and available services; dispel stereotypes concerning substance abuse services, behavioral health issues, and Traditional Healing practices. This role ensures that cultural knowledge is integrated with other services, supporting staff, Elders, Knowledge Holders, and community members to ensure that services reflect and respect Anishinaabe values, cultural protocols, and promote balance of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions (Mino-bimaadiziwin).

Under the supervision of the Community Development Director, is responsible for the planning and design of Tribal municipal public works development projects. This position will complete professional community engineering activities, performs engineering work in the design, inspection and construction of tribal projects and performs project related duties as assigned.

Under the supervision of Tribal Administration, responsible for leading all community development planning, designing, and implementation of appropriate infrastructure, zoning, and usage guidance necessary to develop, protect and preserve Tribal lands. Responsible for the equitable and effective enforcement of relevant tribal ordinances, building, housing, and other inspections in conformance with Tribal Zoning and Master Plan guidelines. Additionally, this position will provide recommendations regarding land-use, community, infrastructure, road, and other planning initiatives. Provide supervision and direction of all Planning Department personnel.

Under the supervision of Medical Clinic Director, participate as an essential team member in the Medical Clinic. Assist providers and health care team in direct patient care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols including performing laboratory functions and assisting in direct patient care, medical procedures, patient education. Under the supervision of the SECR Food & Beverage Supervisor, welcome and seat guests in a timely, professional and courteous manner, and provide them with quality guest service. Use the MICROS system to register and close all sales as appropriate. Properly reconcile all financial transactions and liabilities resulting from operations.

Under the supervision of Clinical Services Manager, responsible for providing an array of clinical services for clients within Behavioral Health Programs. Provide assessment, person-centered planning, monitoring, and advocacy regarding the needs of individuals and families. Provide culturally appropriate clinical services to individuals, families and groups for various mental health, co-occurring disorders and age groups. Work cooperatively with professionals and paraprofessionals while utilizing local and tribal resources. Participate in cultural and community events and activities on a regular basis. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Assisted Living Director, provide assistance to elders within the service district with transportation to and from medical appointments and assist during medical appointments. Assists elder with mobility in transportation and provides continuity of care between elder, elder caretaker and medical providers. Monitors basic health information such as; temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels and blood pressure. All Andahwod staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant funded position.

Under the supervision of the ACFS Director, the focus will be on ICWA compliance and licensing in the state of Michigan for Anishnaabeg Child and Family Services (ACFS). The Social Services Supervisor will assure protective services investigations, prevention, child & family service cases, and open-active cases including descendants as outlined in the ICWA agreement between MI DHS and SCIT are responded to in a manner consistent with the Departments overall goal: Mission Statement; Fundamental Values and Beliefs; and Practice Principles; Consistent with 25 C.F.R., Part 20, Subparts D-F; in compliance with the Tribal Code, Title II Children’s Code; and in compliance with the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. All ACFS staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Assist residents with dressing/undressing, bath functions, bowel and bladder functions, oral care, hair care, and other direct personal care/services per resident service plan. Assist residents with mobility limitations in transportation to and from meals, activities, and social events; assist residents at meals as necessary. Under the supervision of Resident Care Manager, provide care for resident who can no longer live independently. Utilizing knowledge of Native American intergenerational trauma will provide cultural insight and information about how students succeed and promote an environment of healing and empowerment for the students and their families. Under the supervision of Chief Dental Officer, provide general dentistry services to patients served at the facility assigned, or to any other facility or program where the Tribe provides services, provide clinical diagnosis, evaluation, studies, and treatment services of professionally acceptable quantity and quality, in accordance with privileges granted. Under the supervision of OIC/Utilities Manager, responsible for the shift operation of wastewater treatment plant to comply with USEPA/DEQ discharge permit. Operate, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and cross train for water operations. Position will require off site travel for water and waste water contractual work.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor, perform duties in the areas of Access Club, Box Office, Usher, Coat Check, Motor Coach, Guest Relations Call Center, and Promotions. Maintain the player database, adjust premium play and points, issue food coupons and offers, resolve disputes, and provide great guest service. Check bags and coats for guests and issue wheelchairs when requested. Greet incoming group buses and present with daily incentive package. Represent the property within all promotional events both on and off the property in a friendly and professional manner.

Under the supervision of Community Engineer, responsible for reviewing construction plans and conducting inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with tribal building codes. Responsible for verifying compliance with tribal ordinances including but not limited to zoning, nuisance, solid waste, and building code.
