Under the supervision of the Count Team Supervisor, conduct the removal (drop) of company funds from slot machines and the removal or fill of company funds for kiosk, and RBG machines, and other gaming devices on the gaming floor. Count, record and reconcile the contents of all table games, poker games, slot currency acceptor boxes, RBG, and kiosk drop funds within the Minimum Internal Control Standards and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Under the supervision of the Guest Services Shift Manager, oversee all activities relating to the Valet, KeyBooth, Entertainment Chauffeur and Transit operations. Provide areas with leadership whereby they achieve results in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Saganing Finance Supervisor, greet casino guests and provide guests with prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. Provide excellent guest service when making change, cashing in coin, paying out COTs jackpots, and processing check and credit card transactions. Serve as a source of information for guests regarding, promotions, restaurants, entertainment, and other facility amenities and services. Follow the tribal gaming ordinance, laws, gaming regulations, internal controls, Title 31 Currency Transaction reporting laws, gaming winnings and taxes withheld reporting laws, departmental and company policies and procedures.

Under the supervision of Tribal Development Coordinator, assist in summer job placement for the youth of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.

Under the supervision of the Laundry Supervisor, maintain the cleanliness of linens utilized in guestrooms and by the Food and Beverage Department. During periods of high occupancy this position may be requested to clean guestrooms.

Under the supervision of the Youth Crew Leader/Assigned Department Supervisor, work in areas of interest for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and its entities. Position is intended to expose youth to meaningful work activities through on-the-job learning experiences which may lead to future career opportunities. The supervisor in the areas assigned will determine duties and responsibilities.

Under the supervision of Housing Manager, responsible for the coordination of a multi-faceted program requiring a thorough understanding of best practices for supportive housing and knowledge of the social and cultural needs of the individuals and native families being served. Assist with the planning, development and on-going operations of the tribe`s program, including establishing and implementing program goals intended to stabilize the resident(s) and successfully integrate supportive services to improve life outcomes and reduce harm to self and to the community. This is a grant funded position.

Under the supervision of Resident Services Manager, keep assigned areas and materials clean and disinfected on a daily schedule. Perform laundry tasks and ensures clothing and linens are washed, dried, and folded as scheduled. All Andahwod staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Assisted Living Director, provide assistance to elders within the service district with transportation to and from medical appointments and assist during medical appointments. Assists elder with mobility in transportation and provides continuity of care between elder, elder caretaker and medical providers. Monitors basic health information such as; temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels and blood pressure. All Andahwod staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant funded position.

Under the supervision of the Call Center Lead Agent, assist guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner in order to achieve the objectives, goals and expectations set for the department in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.

Under the supervision of Cook, assist the Line Cook in the preparation of resident meals, preparation of meal trays, dining room setup and cleanup for each meal of the day. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment. All Andahwod staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Prepare, deliver, and refill drink orders and respond to guest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately and timely.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor, perform duties in the areas of Access Club, Box Office, Usher, Coat Check, Motor Coach, Guest Relations Call Center, and Promotions. Maintain the player database, adjust premium play and points, issue food coupons and offers, resolve disputes, and provide great guest service. Check bags and coats for guests and issue wheelchairs when requested. Greet incoming group buses and present with daily incentive package. Represent the property within all promotional events both on and off the property in a friendly and professional manner.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor, responsible for assisting guests to their seats and with any guests` special needs (handicap, hearing impairment). This is a seasonal/temporary position.

Under the supervision of the SECR Security Supervisor, protect the assets of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe including vendors, entertainers, patrons, employees, and structures. This is a seasonal/temporary position.

Under the supervision of the SECR Culinary or Food and Beverage Supervisor, maintain a fully stocked and clean food service area keeping with the highest level of service and quality standards.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, install, repair and maintain all floor coverings (carpet, vinyl, marble, stone, slate, ceramic, floor tile, etc.).

Under the supervision of the Central Plant Supervisor, repair and maintain all kitchen equipment for all Food & Beverage outlets.

Under the supervision of the Central Plant Supervisor, maintain and operate electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment throughout Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, Migizi and Tribal Operations buildings.

Under the supervision of Medical Clinic Director, participate as an essential team member in the Medical Clinic following the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care. Provide quality, comprehensive care to Native American patients eligible for medical services through Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center under the clinical supervision and collaboration with the Tribal Physicians. Under the supervision of the SECR Culinary or Food & Beverage Supervisor, produce high volumes of food without compromising quality.

Under the supervision of Chief Dental Officer, performs all aspects of a dental hygienist, including preventive dental hygiene, periodontal scaling and root planning, charting, equipment sterilization and maintenance, and exposing radiographs. Educate patients, health care providers and the community on how to maintain good oral health. All Nimkee staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of the SECR Executive Sous Chef, ensure guests receive the highest quality levels of food when dining anywhere on the property.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, clean guestrooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures. Work to ensure all guest needs are properly handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor, complete building maintenance responsibilities on a variety of buildings. Maintain a safe and properly functioning work environment.

Under the supervision of Tribal Administration, direct, establish, plan & coordinate all activities & segments included within Anishnaabeg Child and Family Services. This includes prevention and outreach services, protective services, ICWA and Licensing services. Assure protective services investigations, prevention, child & family service cases and open-active cases including descendants as outlined in the ICWA agreement between MI DHS and SCIT are responded to in a manner consistent with the Departments overall goal.: Mission Statement; Fundamental Values and Beliefs; and Practice Principles; Consistent with 25 C.F.R., Part 20, Subparts D-F; in compliance with the Tribal Code, Title II Childrens Code; and in compliance with the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act.

Under the supervision of Residential Treatment Manager, responsible for the health, welfare and safety of all individuals in the Behavioral Health Residential Treatment Center and Supportive Living Program. Closely monitor activities both inside and outside of the facility and report issues to the appropriate supervisor. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of RTC Manager, responsible for providing an array of clinical services for clients within Behavioral Health Programs. Provide assessment, person-centered planning, monitoring, and advocacy regarding the needs of individuals and families. Provide culturally appropriate clinical services to individuals, families and groups for various mental health, co-occurring disorders and age groups. Work cooperatively with professionals and paraprofessionals while utilizing local and tribal resources. Participate in cultural and community events and activities on a regular basis. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Chief Judge, responsible for the timely and efficient administration of justice in criminal and civil matters brought before the Tribal Court in accordance with applicable law. Assist the Chief Judge as needed in the administration of the Court, the management of the court budget, and the supervision of Court personnel. Must comply with the Michigan Code of Judicial Conduct and any rules of judicial conduct established under Tribal Law. This is a contract position.

Under the supervision of Senior Associate General Counsel, provide general legal services to the tribe and its enterprises in a broad variety of matters including: contract law, employment law, administrative law, real estate transactions, Indian gaming regulation, taxation, jurisdiction disputes, environmental law, cultural resource preservation, child welfare, and drafting legislation consistent with representation provided by the General Counsel.

Under the supervision of Police Sergeant, patrol designated areas of the Reservation to protect life and property, to prevent and deter crime, enforce laws, respond to citizen requests for assistance and perform investigations. The Reservation includes lands in Isabella County and Arenac County. The position may require permanent assignment to either location. All Tribal Police staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.

Under the supervision of Resident Care Manager, provide care for resident who can no longer live independently. Supervise, monitor and assist the residents ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure the residents health and well-being. Perform administration and supervision of medication or personal care services. Oversee the daily activities performed by the Certified Aides and the Resident Service Aides.
