As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized retail environment. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including cash register areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in flooring retail sales is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic math principles for cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or product demos is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,694.00 - $54,410.00 per year
