In this full-time role as a Purchasing Agent, you will be part of a small close-knit team working in a fast-paced purchasing department in the J. Ranck Electric, Mt Pleasant, Michigan corporate office.

The Role:

In this position, you will be receiving material requests, researching competitive pricing, and submitting purchases. You will negotiate vendor terms, prices, and delivery schedules, using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented and accurate, flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Prior purchasing experience is required. Construction purchasing experience preferred, but not required.

Wage:

This is a full-time position. Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, paid training, company-match 401K, discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
