Licensed Social Worker – Full-time Position
Isabella County Medical Care Facility, a thriving skilled nursing community that is home to up to 100 residents, is seeking a knowledgeable and caring Licensed Social Worker to join our resident centered team. The successful candidate will have experience with Medicare/Medicaid, MDS, skilled nursing and daily long-term care social services responsibilities. Required minimum qualifications include Licensed Bachelor’s Social Worker (LBSW) and one-year social work experience in a health care setting.
