What's the difference between a Behavior Technician and a Registered Behavior Technician?

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism to implement techniques that help them navigate everyday processes. We train every one of our Behavior Technicians in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a treatment that breaks processes and behaviors down into small, simple steps. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are Behavior Technicians who have undergone specific training to obtain an RBT certification, which certifies them in ABA Therapy.
