Facilities Manager - Community Mental Heath for Central Michigan

Manages the activities involved in the design, maintenance, repair and remodeling of assigned facilities and equipment including commercial and residential properties. Directs projects and work tasks for Facilities Technician and Facilities Maintenance Worker. Performs or otherwise directs the completion of routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on assigned facilities. Maintains appropriate facilities and maintenance records.
