Customer Service Specialist - Food and Beverage

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and service standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Pay: $12.86 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
