Manage and oversee client investment portfolios in accordance with each client’s Investment Policy Statement, trust purpose, account objectives, and applicable fiduciary standards. Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and participate in client and prospect meetings.

Responsible for coordinating and supporting the department’s trust, estate, tax, and compliance functions. This position works closely with internal team members and external service providers to ensure required filings, notices, reporting, and reviews are completed accurately and timely

Develops and maintains branch operational procedures. Establishes practices to enhance customer service experience throughout the entire branch network. Supports branch staff training to ensure consistency of branch operations across all regions.

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the Bank’s operational functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of services across the call center, deposit and digital banking operations. This role partners closely with management across the organization to drive operational excellence, support growth initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the overall customer experience. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations while advancing strategic initiatives, including process improvement, technology adoption, and regulatory readiness.

The Credit Analyst Intern will be provided an opportunity to gain an understanding of the function of the Bank’s Commercial Credit Department. The intern will gain experience in several aspects of credit with an emphasis on financial spreading. Additionally, the intern will get an opportunity to learn about the process of commercial loans from beginning to end. The duties assigned to the intern are intended to enhance the intern’s understanding of financial analysis and allow application of classroom knowledge in a professional setting.

Provide professional and courteous customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers calling into the Call Center at Isabella Bank. The goal is to educate, assist, and provide quick and efficient service while building strong relationships with customers over the phone, including referring to and recommending products and services to fit the customers’ needs.

Works with senior management, department heads, loan officers and branch staff to develop additional business for the bank across all lines of business. The primary focus will be making and servicing commercial loans while seeking to also develop all lines of business.
