Provide basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures.

Develops and maintains branch operational procedures. Establishes practices to enhance customer service experience throughout the entire branch network. Supports branch staff training to ensure consistency of branch operations across all regions.

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the Bank’s operational functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of services across the call center, deposit and digital banking operations. This role partners closely with management across the organization to drive operational excellence, support growth initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the overall customer experience. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations while advancing strategic initiatives, including process improvement, technology adoption, and regulatory readiness.

The BSA Analyst works independently to provide technical, professional, and analytical support to the BSA Officer to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), USA Patriot Act, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws and regulations.

The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Bank’s electronic payments, products, and services.

Works with senior management, department heads, loan officers and branch staff to develop additional business for the bank across all lines of business. The primary focus will be making and servicing commercial loans while seeking to also develop all lines of business.
