Position Title: Commercial Loan Systems Administrator

Reports to:  Credit Department Manager

Responsibilities:    

• Remaining up to date regarding updates to the program and communicating with users how any changes to the program will affect their work.
• Troubleshoot all LoanVantage systems calls and requests.
• Implementing new users and ensuring new users have access to the various portions of the LoanVantage software needed to accomplish their work.
• Implementing new products into the program to remain consistent with the bank’s strategic initiatives.
• Train the commercial loan staff on proper use of the systems.
• Ensure financial statements are properly uploaded and transferred to the Core.
• Manage and distribute reports to applicable staff on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and by special request. (COGNOS)
• Serves as backup for Retail Credit Systems Administrator.
• Stay current on commercial lending systems which may include, but is not limited to, trainings, webinars, industry reading materials, etc.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and/or Computer Science required
• Knowledge of commercial lending/credit underwriting preferred
• Experience with computer programming preferred

• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Must possess sound interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to multi-task
