Isabella Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced and collaborative Branch Operations Director to provide leadership and strategic direction across our branch network. This position oversees branch operations, develops and supports branch leadership, strengthens the member experience, and helps ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
The Branch Operations Director is a member of ICCU’s Management Team and works closely with departments across the organization to support strategic initiatives, organizational growth, employee development, and exceptional service to our members.
Ideal candidates will have:
• 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized industry certifications
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of credit union deposit regulations and compliance requirements
• The ability to lead teams, manage change, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering an excellent member experience

This is a full time, onsite position in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Salary is dependent on experience.
