Member Hosted Event: Mommy & Me Tai Chi

Easy for children of all ages, including infants. Our Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader, Jamie, will guide you through this calm, patient, and peaceful combination of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Tai Chi Easy is an entry-level opportunity for all of us to explore movement, inner peace, vitality, longevity, and the essence of life.

*No need to change your clothes but consider wearing socks, as we will remove our shoes. Please, bring your own baby-wearing gear and/or a cozy place for your beloved little one to relax.
