Step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself during this restorative weekend retreat at Camp Daggett in partnership with Inspiring Growth LLC. Designed for women ages 18+, Root & Rise offers space to relax, reflect, and grow through meaningful wellness experiences in the beauty of nature.
Enjoy guided meditation and sound baths, Human Design chart exploration, Yin Yoga, wellness workshops, a guided nature hike and more -all led by an inspiring team of experienced facilitators.
