Member Hosted Event: LSVT BIG and LSVT LOUD: An evidence-based rehabilitation program for people at any stage of Parkinson's Disease

LSVT BIG® capitalizes on principles of motor learning and neuroplasticity to improve speed, balance, gait, activities of daily living, and quality of life.
LSVT LOUD ® employs principles of motor learning and neuroplasticity to improve vocal loudness, pitch, accuracy, vocal quality, and speech intelligibility. 
Join McLaren Central Michigan’s Occupational and Physical Therapists certified in LSVT BIG®, and a Speech-Language Pathologist certified in LSVT LOUD® for a presentation. They will provide information on treatment techniques and outcomes that will result in improvements with mobility, participation in daily activities, communication skills, independence, and quality of life.
