This eight-week series will offer attendees a chance to dip their toe into the benefits of natural medicine and natural health through the holistic approach of naturopathic medicine by creating an environment that teaches and increase the awareness of natural health.

What is a Naturopath?

A Naturopath is a holistic specialist that studies the individual person. They evaluate and assess the person's entire history; medical, mental health, lifestyle, spirituality, and everything that creates the foundation of our individual existence and experiences. Naturopathic approaches health with day-by-day foundational changes, bringing the entire self back into balance and shifting the internal and external forces in order to create personalized health and wellness.
