Do you feel like you are running through your life like a shoeless competitor running on a wet log? Is time just not flowing the way you thought it would? Is there too much or too little happening around you? Do you need a safe, quiet place to regroup, reenergize, and heal? We have a spot for you and your creativity. Writing journals, memoirs, stories, and poetry can help you heal from difficult experiences. Once a week, this class meets to spend a few minutes on easy breathing exercises and gentle movement (appropriate for all fitness levels), listen to inspirational published poems and stories, and create journals, stories, and poems of your own. This is a safe, non-judgmental space for those looking to write, meditate, inspire, and be.
Please dress comfortably and bring a notebook and pen/pencil.
