Annual Awards Banquet 2014 - 57th Annual

Join us at the Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel and Conference Center Saturday, March 1, 2014 for the 57th Annual Awards Banquet, which recognizes the most outstanding community leaders in Mt. Pleasant.  This banquet honors individuals who have given selflessly in service to our community.  One truly remarkable citizen will be honored with the Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award, and twelve exceptional community service club/organization volunteers who have "soared" above and beyond will be honored with Eagle Awards.

An elegant dinner will be provided, consisting of Grilled Tenderloin of Beef served with Cabernet Sauce, and Jumbo Crab Stuffed Shrimp.  A vegetarian option of Pasta Primavera will be offered as well.  Live music will be provided this year by a jazz trio led by John Nichol, saxophone professor at the CMU School of Music.

Cost to attend is $50.00 per person and must be paid no later than Thursday, February 27th.  Full table seats 8.

Mining for Diamonds
Back by popular demand - Mining for Diamonds, sponsored by S. Silverberg Finer Jewelers!  For $20, attendees can purchase a glass of champagne. Every glass will have a number attached. At the close of the evening, ONE lucky winner's number will be drawn, making them the new owner of a REAL .5 carat diamond! The winner can then visit S.
