Corporate Cup Challenge 2019
Get Ready for Some Healthy Competition!


The Corporate Cup Challenge, hosted for the first time this year by the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce, is all about fitness, team building and friendly competition!

Throughout this three-day event, hosted at Island Park in Downtown Mt. Pleasant, employees from Chamber member businesses will come together in teams of 8-20 to compete in various challenges against other businesses as a way to promote employee wellness and community involvement. It is also a great way to earn bragging rights and build relationships with fellow Chamber members along the way!

Business teams earn points based on where they place in the various competitions, and whichever team has the most overall points at the end of day three wins the 2019 Corporate Cup!

2019 Corporate Cup Challenge Participant Guide

The planned activities at this event include:

  • Wednesday
    • Wiffle Ball (Teams of 8)
    • Paper Airplane Toss (Teams of 2-4)
  • Thursday
    • Volleyball (Teams of up to 6)
    • Cornhole (Up to three 2-person teams)
  • Friday
    • Kickball (Teams of 8)
    • Fun Relay (Teams of 4)

REGISTER YOUR TEAM OF 8-20 PLAYERS BY AUGUST 28, 2019!

  • All participating businesses must be Mt. Pleasant Chamber Members in good standing!
  • Small Chamber business members (1-25 employees) may join together to form a team. Large Chamber business members (26+ employees) may have a maximum of (2) teams.
  • A team registration fee of $200 provides your team the opportunity to compete in competitions planned at the event.
  • Employees ages 18 and older can participate in the events.
  • Team "uniforms" (feel free to get creative here!) are the responsibility of each team.
  • Team packets with rules, number of participants for each event, schedules and other details will be provided to team captains as we get closer to the event.
